The staff was very nice all the time. Close to a train station, the location was favourable and excellent, to the underground mall. In the evening we went to Yamaichi Nemuro Shokudo, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel: )

Our room at Keio Plaza Hotel was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed the roomy twin beds and the amenities provided. The hotel's location near Sapporo JR station made it convenient for us to explore the area and access transportation. The breakfast buffet was tasty, and we appreciated the free takeaway coffee. Despite a minor inconvenience with the smell of smoke in our smoking room, our stay overall was very pleasant. we highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has a big and grand lobby reception. It makes me feel very welcomed and important. English is not a problem here. My son and I dined at the Japanese Restaurant and we loved the food and the cozy ambience inside. I also bought 2 lovely handbags from the souvenir specialty shop. Location is good, I walked to Daimaru n Sapporo train station within minutes. Plenty of eateries around, restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, really no excuse to go on diet. I have been recommending this Hotel, as well as the online Booked.net to my friends. Excellent!

This hotel offers exceptional value for money. With spacious and clean rooms, it’s perfect for families as there are four beds and two attached toilets. The staff are attentive and provide all the extras, such as a smartphone for guests to use during their stay. The location is also convenient, being quite near to Sapporo station, allowing easy access to the main JR station and the rest of the city. Additionally, guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet at the hotel, or visit one of the nearby stellar restaurants.
No improvements necessary - this hotel was excellent.
